2023 Code Changes
Informational notes were modified to align with the requirements of the 2020 National Electrical Code Style Manual. In addition, the word “reconditioned” was added to Informational Note No. 2. Informational Note No. 2 now advises the user of the Code to see Article 100 for definitions of “listed” and “Reconditioned”. Recent changes over the last few cycles have seen more emphasis on reconditioned equipment and the inclusion of this topic in 90.7 continues this effort by recognizing a small gap that existed.
